A wellness app that never shames.
SlimNiece helps young women build healthy habits without diets or guilt, and gives families guidance on how to support them. We built the app, the site and the subscription path from free reader to Pro member.

THE CHALLENGE
Most tracking apps make people feel worse.
Calorie counters and strict streaks can push young women away. SlimNiece wanted the opposite: small habits, kind feedback and plain-language trends, plus help for the parents and relatives trying to support them.
It also had to work as a business, turning readers of free guides into members.
The goal
Help young women build healthy habits without diets or guilt, give families guidance on how to support them, and turn readers into members.
HOW IT WORKS
What the customer does, step by step.
- 01
Pick how you want to feel
New users choose one or two goals, such as more energy, better sleep or less stress.
- 02
Start small
The app builds a starter plan: three habits in the first week, with no calorie counting.
- 03
Check in
Daily habits and how you feel, with streaks that bend instead of break and trends explained in plain words.
- 04
Free or Pro
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro, then chooses to stay on Free or keep Pro.
WHAT WE BUILT
The pieces behind it.
Personalised starter plan
Built from how the user wants to feel, not a target weight.
Tracking without shame
Habits, mood, meals and workouts, with streaks and trends and no “over budget” warnings.
Plans, guides and newsletter
Free and Pro plans with a trial, family guides, calculators and a weekly Sunday Letter.
WHERE IT LEADS
Readers become members.
Free guides and calculators need no sign-up. The weekly newsletter and the 14-day Pro trial give readers a clear next step towards membership.
For your business
Every enquiry, booking or trade-in should land in a CRM with an owner and a next step. That is where we start, with AI agents doing the follow-up.
