Nearshore fabrication with one clear path to a quote.
Baja Made is a US-contracted sheet metal and structural steel manufacturer that produces in Tecate, Baja California, about an hour from San Diego. We built a B2B site around one path: request a quote, approve a first article, go to production.

THE CHALLENGE
Buyers comparing suppliers need answers before they call.
US companies moving manufacturing closer to home compare several suppliers at once. They want to see capabilities, certifications and how the process works, and they want to know who they sign with and how parts cross the border.
Baja Made needed a site that answers those questions up front and turns a serious buyer into a quote request with drawings attached.
The goal
Give buyers comparing nearshore suppliers the capabilities, certifications and a simple way to request a quote.
HOW IT WORKS
What the customer does, step by step.
- 01
Quote
The buyer sends drawings, specifications and volumes, and gets a detailed quote back.
- 02
First article
A first article is made for the buyer to approve before full production starts.
- 03
Production
Parts are made in Tecate under documented quality control.
- 04
Delivery
Baja Made handles the border crossing and delivers to the buyer's dock in the US.
WHAT WE BUILT
The pieces behind it.
Capabilities pages
Cutting, forming, welding and finishing, written for buyers who know what they need.
Quality and certifications
AWS-certified welders, documented quality control, and certifications in progress, shown honestly.
RFQ form
Drawings, specs and volumes in one request, routed straight to the sales team.
WHERE IT LEADS
Quote requests go straight to sales.
The RFQ form is the end of every page. Requests arrive with drawings and volumes, so sales can quote instead of asking the same questions again.
For your business
Every enquiry, booking or trade-in should land in a CRM with an owner and a next step. That is where we start, with AI agents doing the follow-up.
