Multi-day Baja trips, booked and prepared online.
Baja Xpeditions runs guided multi-day UTV trips in Baja California, starting at the Tecate border. We built the booking site, a pre-trip rider questionnaire and a “My Trip” portal for every guest.

THE CHALLENGE
A multi-day expedition needs a lot of details, early.
Every trip involves vehicles, riders with different experience levels, meals and medical details, plus chase trucks and lodging along the route. Collecting all of that by email and phone is slow and easy to get wrong.
Baja Xpeditions wanted guests to choose their trip and vehicle option, share what the crew needs to know, and see their trip details in one place.
The goal
Collect everything a multi-day expedition needs (vehicles, riders, dietary and medical details) in one place.
HOW IT WORKS
What the customer does, step by step.
- 01
Choose a trip
Guests pick an Xpedition and a support format: ride the company's own vehicles, or bring their own UTV.
- 02
Tell the crew about you
A pre-trip questionnaire collects riding experience, dietary preferences and medical history.
- 03
See your trip
Registered riders use the “My Trip” portal, then meet the crew at the border to start the trip.
WHAT WE BUILT
The pieces behind it.
Expedition listings
Trips with dates, difficulty, vehicle options and pricing.
Pre-trip questionnaire
Experience, dietary and medical details, collected before the trip.
“My Trip” customer portal
A personal area for every registered rider.
WHERE IT LEADS
The crew knows each rider before day one.
Questionnaire answers arrive with the booking, so meals, vehicles and logistics can be planned before anyone reaches the border.
For your business
Every enquiry, booking or trade-in should land in a CRM with an owner and a next step. That is where we start, with AI agents doing the follow-up.
